We do our best to recruit volunteers (content experts) to help us deliver information, but that is not always possible. Most of our stations can be lead by any adult reading from a provided script. We will let you know in advance how many stations will not be manned.Approximate arrival time*We know there will always be issues, but roughly what time do you expect to be on the ranch property? (LCISD Buses will not leave the campus until 8:30am unless you are driving them.)Length of stay*Let us know how long you will be on the ranch. Standard programming- 2.5 hours Through lunch- We have plenty of open grass for a picnic! After lunch- you provide the activities, we provide the space Special accommodations*Do you have any special accommodations (Life skills students, wheelchair mobility, etc...) that we need to be aware of?Alternate planning*All of our programming is done outside and therefore, we are weather dependent. In the event of severe weather we can move to the building (assuming we are safe and have power), but the programming will be slightly different and more of a classroom setting model.
