Thank you for your interest in joining your child for their field trip to Long Acres Ranch! Before signing-up, please read the information below.
Long Acres Ranch is private property. This field trip is not like going to the zoo or a museum that is open to the public. You need to get a Raptor sticker from your child's campus the day of the field trip. This must be worn at all times.
Our gates will OPEN at 8:30am so we can get you checked in and go over your station assignment. Grab some coffee at the corner store if you are earlier than 8:30. Please be here NO LATER than 9am. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
Parents will NOT rotate with their child. They will be leading or helping with a station. Please read this again. You will NOT be staying with your child. We NEED your help! This allows us to continue offering this field trip at no cost. Do not worry, we will give you very specific instructions and a script to read from.
Bring food and water for yourself. We do not allow door-dash to come in. You might also consider bringing sunscreen, bug spray and a hat.
Please do not bring any other children with you. No newborns in carriers, infants, toddlers in strollers, siblings, ect... We want you to focus on the children that are on the field trip. Even if you have a Raptor sticker, we will kindly ask you to leave if you bring other children.
