Follow the 5 simple steps below to have a successful field trip at Long Acres Ranch.
(We currently only host LCISD schools. Thank you for your interest!)
We cannot help you with this part, but your school secretary can! Schedule your buses through LCISD transportation. Use the budget code "LEAF." Make sure you book your buses a MINIMUM of 2 weeks prior to your scheduled field trip. Transportation does not like last minute requests. Buses will NOT leave the campus before 9am. No worries! We know this and will wait for you!
Find parent chaperones! Trust us on this! It will make your field trip so much easier for you. Everything you need to share with your parents is on this page, including a flier to send out to them (scroll to the very bottom). --> PARENT INFO HERE
Parents will lead stations, not rotate with children. Parents must have a raptor sticker, sign an LAR waiver, and arrive at LAR at 8:30am BEFORE the buses. No extra children allowed (no siblings, infants, toddlers, etc…). If your team decides against parent chaperones, stations will be TEACHER-LED. Please inform us if parents are not attending.

We need this PRIOR to you coming out--this is a safety issue so we know who is onsite! Don't worry, we will remind you as it gets closer to your scheduled field trip day.
