Ranch Rules and Guidelines*NUMBER CHANGES: We schedule our programming staff according to the number of visitors booked for each day and each week. Number changes must be made in writing at least five (5) business days in advance. INCLEMENT WEATHER: In the event of inclement weather, programs may be modified. On bad weather days our staff is available after 8:00 a.m. to discuss rain accommodations or possible rescheduling. ALLERGIES: We are not responsible for visitors’ allergies. If allergies (mild or severe) are an issue, please consult with the visitors’ parents/guardian. We cannot guarantee that anything on the ranch has not come into contact with allergens. Adults are responsible for the supervision and conduct of the children at all times, even during structured programming led by Ranch representatives or partners. Adults must remain with their children at all times. All visitors must remain on designated paths and in designated areas of the Ranch at all times. Houses on the property are private homes. Visitors are not allowed to climb trees or fences. Please respect the wildlife, nature habitat, and plants. Pictures may be taken anywhere on the Ranch. There is NO alcohol or smoking at any time on the ranch. Please leave the property to smoke. Please turn off/silence cell phones and refrain from private conversation during programs and activities. We recommend that, for their safety, guests wear closed toe shoes. Sandals/flip flops are NOT recommended. Mosquito and bug repellent is recommended. Please assure that all visitors stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Visitors are encouraged to bring a water bottle. No glass containers allowed. Leave no trace behind! Littering is strictly prohibited—help keep our Ranch clean! Please dispose of litter in proper receptacles. A tractor driven people-trailer is available most days for the purpose of transporting visitors from one site to another on the Ranch. All rules and instructions given by the driver and staff must be followed.
