Photo/Audio/Video Consent*
We usually have our cameras with us taking pictures, especially for internal use/review, but we would love to post pictures of you having fun doing science! We will never post names identifying people. We will provide you with special tyvek bracelets to identify those students who cannot have their picture taken.
I understand that it is my (the above listed school/organization) responsibility to make sure that any student that cannot be photographed will be identified with a provided Tyvek bracelet.
I permit Long Acres Ranch and The Henderson-Wessendorff Foundation, to record, own, publish, and republish information about me/my property and reproductions of my likeness and my voice for educational, marketing, and publicity purposes through any media. I acknowledge that the pictures or recordings taken on this date then become the sole and exclusive property of Long Acres Ranch and The Henderson-Wessendorff Foundation. I release Long Acres Ranch and The Henderson-Wessendorff Foundation from any and all claims that might arise from the use of these images and recordings.

Liability information*
In consideration for and upon entry to the Ranch, each student, child, chaperone and adult assumes all risks incidental to the Ranch and the visit to the Ranch, including risk of lost, stolen or damaged property, premises defects at the Ranch, security problems, or personal injury, and releases the Long Acres Ranch, and its employees, agents, or volunteers, from any and all claims related there to and not withstanding their sole, joint, or concurrent negligence, liability or fault.

Long Acres Ranch is a charitable venue owned and operated by The Henderson-Wessendorff Foundation ("Owner"), a Texas Non-Profit Corporation.

Student/Staff Roster*
*Please upload a student/staff roster of those who will be coming out to LAR.
*Staff needs to have their ID badges on, parents/additional chaperones must sing in AT YOUR CAMPUS and have a sticker (Raptor) BEFORE coming to the ranch.
*We will provide liability waivers for parents/additional chaperones once they get to the ranch (they do not need to fill this form out)

Our program starts when you get here and will last about 2.5 hours. You are free to eat lunch on the property before you leave. 3rd grade fishing you WILL be eating lunch onsite.
